Waterside at Coquina Key

I am disappointed I didnt know the place exist until now. Absolutely love it. I had a complicated transfer from the other state, but rental office on site was very professional and easy to work. Bayou view is so relaxing and seeing dolphins everyday is my dream came true. When the time comes I will buy the unit here for sure.

We live on Waterside North. The only thing that we like better on the South is that they have a yacht club. It is a quiet community. My issues are A. there has been some cars that have been burglarized even though we live in a gated community. B) The new HOA act like they own the whole place and act like they are above everyone. Even one of the new officer's husbands is constantly riding around on the golf cart and you almost get the feeling he is spying. We live off of the pond however the... view on the bayou is nice. If I was to purchase again I would definitely purchase one the South side because it is on the open bay and a lot nicer and you get to see dolphins pretty much all day. The 1 bedroom unit is spacious and depending on where your unit is located, you'll either have a view of the open bay or of canals that lead out to the bay. You can see the Sunshine Skyway from your backyard! You also get access to multiple pools, a gym, saunas, and the yacht club clubhouse.
