Don't walk - run. Run away from this place as fast and far as you can. It's advertised as a luxurious apartment complex, but I can assure you it's not.
I don't know about the rest of the reviews, but here's truthful information from an actual resident:
Cleanliness
- There are bugs, dead and alive, on every floor and stairwell of every building except for the nicely manicured areas they show you for the apartment tours.
- There is dog poop everywhere, which stinks and attracts flies.
- Not... only is there dog poop everywhere, there are dogs frequently off leash.
Safety
- The front gate is either broken or left open on a daily basis, which means we frequently receive visits from non-residents.
- On my first trip to the pool, a resident had to call a police officer to remove at least 6 non-residents who were being loud and disruptive. I saw this occur on another occasion in passing as well.
Amenities
- Want to play the outdoor connect four game? It's broken. Want to sit in the hot jacuzzi? It's essentially the same temperature as the pool. This might seem pedantic at this point, but I think advertising amenities that don't work is misleading.
Noise
- This is my biggest complaint. The walls might as well be made of cardboard and the front office has no solution for noise complaints. Neighbor playing music with bass so loud that your apartment is shaking on a daily basis? Nothing they can do apparently.
I've lived in apartments all around the country. This is the worst one by far and I'm already counting down the days of the lease. Keep your money and sanity by looking elsewhere.
