Community is full of lovely and lively people.
I am able to make some new friends and the staff at leasing office is really welcoming. I really like Jacob’s energy to help with whatever you need. I am enjoying my time since I moved in May 2025. The best part is events that gives you opportunity to talk to your neighbours.

The community is very good about bringing residents together by providing events for the residents to go to. I like the variety of food trucks and the street marketplace idea as a way to organize and get the neighbors from other buildings or floors to meet. I think maintaining the gate operations and those things that are cosmetic in the community or even the community gathering places needs to be maintained with diligence as it is what draws people in when they visit. All in all a great... community with a very good property staff.

I have never experienced any rental complex like this one. They have community activities throughout the month, which helps you know your neighbors and make friends. The grounds are well kept and the maintenance crew are very helpful. The staff is friendly and engaging.
