Very impressed with the upkeep of the property and how they are very attentive to some of the issues. Staff seems to be very friendly. parking can sometimes be an issue.

Modern, Clean, and Welcoming

From the moment I toured Vintage Lake Mary, I knew this was the place for me. The community is absolutely beautiful, the apartments are modern and well-designed, and the entire property is kept in excellent condition. The staff made my move-in process seamless and treated me like a valued resident from day one. STEPHANIE was absolutely amazing, she made sure she was always in contact and helped me move in with only a 2 day notice. The atmosphere is peaceful, the amenities are top-notch, and... everything feels upscale and welcoming. Moving here was one of the best decisions I’ve made, and I couldn’t be happier to call Vintage Lake Mary home.

Coffee machine downgraded and no ice in lobby. Most Senior residents were already used to these amenities , it was nice to have a nice cup of coffee and then get some sparkling water after the gym.

We love living here! Been here 2 years and love the amenity’s - like most apartments things change not always for the better but it has stayed consistent around here. The office is a big help!
