Park Place Villas

I've been living at Ridge Manor for a little over a year now and have had nothing but problems since the day we moved in there are still things that have yet to be fixed no windows open and there are holes in the screen porch I've been told three times a window company has to come out and no one has came. the pool area was so bad at one point I couldn't even allow my children to walk around bare foot cigarette butts everywhere bottle caps from beer gum broken glass and over flowing trash so I... went to front office the maintenance guy said he saw it earlier that day and didn't get to it so they handed me a broom so i could sweep it up I had my baby and son with me at the time my closet has flooded twice and the second time it took two days for a water removal service to come out the laundry room has been down for a month twice since new management has taken over. They spray painted over mold in my friends apartment, I have a termite problem amd when I reported it to them they told us pest control would be out on a Tuesday they never showed so when I called the office to see if they came she said he did and didn't find any activity so I had my name put down on the list a second time because there wasn't a notice on my door that they had came so when they finally came on week two I asked if they came the week before and he said no so I don't know why they have to lie about things also they manager was very rude saying she didn't believe we have termites and that one of us is right and one of us is wrong . So its been a month and still have termites as far as I know they are working on it they never return our phone calls and everytime we call they don't know anything I can go on and on about more problems I would not have renewed my lease but I couldn't find a different apartment they also raised they rent which is ridiculous I also didnt receive a new lease until 4 months after my lease was up Read More
