I would think twice before applying here.

The application process turned into a complete headache. Information used during screening turned out to have errors that had to be corrected, but getting straight answers about what was going on was surprisingly difficult. It felt like I was constantly having to follow up just to understand where things stood.

What really pushed the experience over the edge was the billing afterward. I never moved into the property, yet I still had to deal with… questionable charges, refund issues, and an account statement showing money supposedly owed after the application was already over. That is not something anyone should have to sort through after being told they will not be living there.

The whole process left me with very little confidence in how this property handles applicants or their money. There seemed to be plenty of systems for generating fees and paperwork, but nowhere near the same urgency when it came to correcting mistakes, issuing refunds, or giving clear explanations.
Thankfully I ended up finding a much better place, so in the end it worked out for the best. But knowing what I know now, I would not have spent the time or money applying here in the first place.

If you do apply, document everything, save every email and receipt, and do not assume a charge or refund will be handled correctly without checking it yourself. Read More

Unfortunately, my experience with this complex has been disappointing, primarily because of the way the property is managed. Communication is inconsistent, follow-up is poor, and concerns often feel like they are being passed around rather than actually addressed.

The biggest issue is the overall lack of care and accountability from management. Even relatively straightforward situations can become unnecessarily frustrating because it is difficult to get clear answers or feel like anyone is… taking ownership of the issue.

The property itself has a lot of potential, which makes the management experience even more disappointing. For what residents are paying, there should be a much higher level of professionalism, communication, and attention to the people actually living here.

First and foremost, I love the location. It is right within the Waterside village. The apartment complex itself is just like any other.

What I do not like: Parking is a HUGE problem for those that live closer to the businesses. Dumpsters are dragged out and left in the parking lot for weekly pickup. HERE IS THE BIGGEST ISSUE: There is absolutely no accountability for residents (dogs, noise, etc). If you want to get an honest opinion of the Row, stop someone walking out to their car and ask. This apartment was great when we first signed. The new office staff came in and everything suddenly went down hill. You cannot get a hold of the office staff when you call to address concerns. The apartments are built so poorly for noise and neighbors slam doors stomp. I can't even come home and unwind because neighbors are so loud. The mail room door hasn't worked for months making it inconvenient to get mail. The grills are never in working order and oftentimes need to wait in line to use the… one in operation. The elevators are never properly cleaned on a regular basis the same gob of sticky gunk has been on the floor for weeks. There is a bunch of glass shards by the dumpsters from what I can assume is liquor bottles being loosely thrown down the garbage chute. We have now been smelling more Marijuana on the premises than ever and excessive noise in the parking lot. The property amenities are in disarray. Very embarrassing to invite family and friends down here to such a unkempt and noisy property. Used to be nice with the previous manager and staff. You guys can do better. Read More
