No smoking and no parties or events are allowed. For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival. Nightly rate is based on standard occupancy rate, additional occupancy fees may apply. Hourly rates may apply for early check-in or late check-out. The pool heater temperature will be set to a maximum 82F in winter, which is November 1 to March 31.
