Minimum rental age of 21 years old. No smoking and no parties or events. Check-in time is 4:00 PM EST and check-out is 10:00 AM EST. Hourly rates may apply for early check-in or late check-out at $25 per hour. A comprehensive guest list and identification verification are mandatory for a confirmed reservation. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
