Great location, amazing apartments with even better service-Thanks Kayden!
Love Clearview! The location is fantastic—close to shopping, restaurants, and major roads, making it incredibly convenient for my daily life. The apartments themselves are top-notch, with modern finishes, spacious layouts, and well-maintained amenities. What truly sets this community apart is the customer service. Kayden is simply the best (and I have lived in many complexes!) He is always available to answer any questions and made the process seamless from start to finish. The management and... maintenance teams are just so professional, responsive, and genuinely care about residents. Any questions or requests are handled quickly and courteously. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable home in an excellent location in St. Pete with outstanding customer service.

Wonderful Staff and Building
Cannot say enough about how beautiful this community is. Between the amenities and the finishes within the apartment homes I feel as if though i’m at an all inclusive resort. The staff that also run this building are incredibly professional. Kayden in the office is so helpful and responsive!!
