If you're considering living here, I would strongly encourage you to ask detailed questions about noise between units and how resident concerns are handled, as those have been the biggest challenges during our time here.

I lived here for two years and this was one of the better places I’ve lived in Tampa Bay Area over the past 10 years. The maintenance staff was always super kind and quick to repair a service order. Having the parking garage was a huge plus. The gate to the garage was always broken but never had issues with my car so it was good for me. Pool was always good to use and maintained well. Delivery drivers get lost a lot but can’t really fix that! Otherwise it was a great comfy place to live for two... years! Only major issue I had was the wifi providers kept cutting our services line because we were told there wasn’t enough connection points but again not really something we can control it did get fixed tho! No one returns calls or emails in the office. It’s like pulling teeth to talk to someone about storage units or parking spaces. Totally ignored every time.

This is the nicest community. Halls are clean, common areas well kept. The entire staff is awesome, including maintenance which is very good. I don't hear my neighbors, everyone is nice. Don't believe the bad reviews. 11 reviews in 9 years they have been open. The reviews sure don't paint the picture of the beautiful community it is.

Fobs do NOT work, meaning all gates are open and not secure and if you want to work out then you have to ask a member of the leasing office to open the gym for you. But they're only on site from 8-5 so if you have hopes of working out before or after typical work hours you have to hope someone with a working fob is in there or you're out of luck. When we have requested new fobs or a solution we were told no other fobs are available (new residents are given fobs so not sure how this could be... true) and that they can't override the system to keep it open because it would be a security issue (ironic). To add to my frustrations the pool heater has been broke for over 2 months with a continued pushed out repair date. I have talked to our leasing office multiple times and have been met with no plans or timely solutions. DO NOT RECOMMEND living here.
