The a/c vent are dirty, and clothes drier is old and filters need to be clean.
The maintenance people from the complex was supposed to schedule a vent and filters cleaning for my apartment, but they never scheduled anything.

It was a very comfortable and relaxing home. I loved it. I felt very safe and convenient in a great location easy access to everything: stores, highway, market, mall. It has a great customer service and maintenance. Absolutely recommended to all! Thank you Colonnade!!

We have lived here two years in a three bedroom two bath The maintenance here is on the spot you have a problem they are here the next day actually they hired a new guy and he is amazing he wont go until its fixed and he fast .. they all are very good to their renters And on top of things We were going to move to a different place close to my husbands job But decided not to.. We may not get the great service as we do here They care about the place ..N King
