This place is horrible and very much ran down inside and outside of the apartment. we pay this money for the place to be ran down thats not fair we work and and where we live should be in the up most condition if we are paying all of this money. My apartment has been ran down since day 1 and ive reach out and i still can't get it fixed !!!!!!!

Don’t waste your time. Not worth it at all on this space.

Rodent infested...saw a mouse/rat run across my foot. Trying to contact association and landlord and no response. They will take your money, while you deal with this crap!!!

This place is raggedy. The pool hasn’t been touched in ages and no one dares to step foot in it, The tennis court is broken down, the plumbing is trash, management doesn’t care about any problems brought up, there’s been two shootings in the complex in the same month and if anything goes wrong it’s the tenants responsibility to fix it.

I lived there when it was called Springtree Meadows! Management was horrible!! I had to file a complaint with Licensing & Inspections before someone came and looked at my unit. When the Inspectors came, my carpets were replaced as well as the shower stall in the master bathroom. Apparently, the wall was wet. The Inspector pushed on several random tiles and tiles fell in the wall.

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!!
