Great for students and families alike

As a law school student, I love how it's only a 12 minute drive to campus, close to restaurants and movies, but still in a nice quiet residential area. The leasing agency is quick to respond to maintenance requests. You can have pets and satellite TV. There is no recycling however, which I do not like, but other than that the town homes are lovely, well maintained, and very large. Great place for students and families!!

Friendly

I have to say that moving to Tallahassee has been a crazy move for my family. We're moving from Minnesota so it's a 1500 mile move. All of our family lives in the Minnesota and Dakota area so moving down south has been crazy for us trying to get everything done. The staff at our apartment though has been great to work with making the transition easier. Thanks!!!!

Good complex in Tallahassee.

Buildings are well maintained and staff is friendly. The gym and pool are a little on the small side but are clean. Small parking lot but each apartment has a reserved spot. Walls seem a little thin. I really like the large balcony (on 2nd floor). It would be nice if the laundry room had a door to help reduce the noise. Overall, a good apartment complex.
