    Do not trust with your money

    I am extremely disappointed. Arbor Trace at Canopy staff refuse to keep their word. I really enjoyed what I saw at the property so I wanted to sign a lease, but there was a wait list. I joined the wait list in March asking for a lease in early July. I had to pay $149 to be placed on their wait list, which they said would be a credit to my account when I signed a lease or be returned to me if they were unable to place me in an apartment at my needed time. I received no contact from them regarding… my wait list spot until the last week of June for a September lease start date. Which was far too late to consider signing here. They are now claiming they are unable to refund my $149 wait list hold. I have asked nicely several times for this to be refunded like I was told it would be, but I kept being told they have to speak to the property manager and they would call me back but never do. It clearly shows on my account that the credit is there, so there should be no reason it should not be refunded. Let this be a lesson to others trying to lease here, do not trust what you are told! Do not expect for them to refund any funds you were promised! Do not trust them with your money! Very disappointing!
