Nice place to live
Floor plans are very spacious, all the apartments have a balcony, opportunity to upgrade appliances even in a basic floor plan.

Best Place for your Green!
Evergreens at Mahan, is the best place for your “green” in Tallahassee!! The ladies in the front office are always on top of their game and welcome you with a smile. They always go the extra mile to help me with any situation.
The maintenance staff is exceptional! They come any time you call and they always do their best, the first time!
The property is beautiful, very well maintained and readily accessible. The pools are clean and refreshing, the gym is very clean and the clubhouse is... beautifully decorated.
If you are looking for a place to call home, Evergreens at Mahan is an excellent choice. You will receive great service and have a great place to call home.

The BEST place in town!!!!!
We love our place at the Evergreens!!! The front office staff is exceptional and the maintenance crew always does an amazing job! We couldn’t imagine staying any other place in town. Thanks for giving us a wonderful place to call Home.

Great place and great staff!
Evergreens is a great place to live! We love living here and the staff does a great job at making the move in wonderful! They handle any needs and answer any questions you might have! As far as luxury apartments goes, it doesn’t get any better! Highly recommend living here!

A terrific apartment complex
They are firing on all cylinders at Evergreens at Mahan. The complex is super clean, quiet, and well-managed. The front office and maintenance crew always did a very good job when I needed something.
