GrandMarc is very attentive when they are working to get you into the unit. After that, not so much. There are maintenance problems, and the tickets are closed without being fixed. They also let AC repair go for a week and the inside temperature of the unit was 85 degrees. We asked for a credit at least, so we could go to a motel or something...no way they said. They put a little portable AC in the window after 5 days, but it only cooled 10 square feet or so of the unit. I would think long... and hard before you sign a contract here. We just unfortunately moved our son into this complex. Do not even stop for you a tour this place needs a revamp badly. They obviously do not care about their tenants, the halls are filthy, door knobs falling off entry doors, alarm safety signs hanging off the ceiling. Floors are filthy. Mold on the apartments. As a mom I'm telling you Do not put your child here!!!!

The apartment was dirty upon move in, although a cleaning company supposedly came in and cleaned the apartment. Maintenance does not respond to requests and I have had no A.C. this entire year. My roommate and I filed noise complaints to management due to very loud upstairs neighbors and nothing has been done. Security here is very poor as the gate in the parking garage is almost always broken. Please save yourself the money and find somewhere else to live.

It is very old and filled with mold. During turn, they do a terrible job of cleaning and repairing the apartment for the next resident. The general manager basically doesn’t exist and won’t do anything to help. He sits in the back office all day and refuses to address any concerns. The building itself is in an unsafe area.

I would not recommend living at grandmarc to anybody. My unit was absolutely disgusting at move in, and the staff could not have cared less. On top of that, I had multiple broken appliances. I see a lot of reviews praising grandmarc for its location, but there are a number of reasons that the area is not worth the money. Additionally, my car was broken into twice during my lease despite being in their garage monitored by "security."
