A great happy-medium for a college town
The apartment is really good for the price, inclusions and location. There's no pool (sacrifice) but the other amenities make up for it, I think. They're all newly updated and include a washer/dryer and allow pets. I like it because it doesn't FEEL like a complex. The only downside is the noise level between upstairs and downstairs- you can basically hear everything. Sure they can hear us, too. But with such short notice in a college town- it's a great happy medium between a "bad" apartment and... a luxury complex.
