good communication when asked questions and for the most part if there’s a problem with unit helpful responses and nice people to help get through said problems

Wasn’t able to see the unit I paid my deposit for until the day I moved it but the apartment was clean. There were just a few minor and major tweaks that needed to be made.

It is a great place to stay. The office stay does a great job of assisting you whenever you need something and they work swiftly. The community is quite and friendly.

Poor management. I paid my first and last month rent plus a security deposit and they didn’t give that back to me. I’ve been living in an uncomfortable situation and management has not been up to part. My apartment had a water leak and it was coming out the wood floors they didn’t fix it and a lot of bug problems.

The apartments are older and it shows, but if you are income restricted or a college student its affordable. The appliances are on there last legs and the mattresses ummm they are not lets just say that.
