Only if there were ZERO STARS

This property needs new leasing office to adhere to urgent maintenance tickets over 3mths.This is very important for owner to hire reputable leasing companies.Why owner don't know or aware of the corporate office,ignored tenants phone calls as well.This is very inconsiderate, unprofessional and a urge disrespect to the owner.Office refused to adhere to the issues at hand.Long maintenance waiting to get ticket done
Whenever reviews are done,they paid to take them down.This is a verified review... for this property with a current resident.Pay attention to details and no make no move in special to blind your judgement.Read thoroughly,check & get everything in writing before signing no lease.Rent at your risk.Stop removing verified tenants review.

Front Office Service

We have lived here for many years and have had several different management companies. This one is by far the best one. They actually respond to maintenance requests and take care of all issues that we have.
they are very friendly whenever we interact with them.
we understand that they are not here to be our friends, they are here to get the job done, and they do it very well!!!! THANK YOU MIDORA, WE REALLY APPRECIATE YOU :)

Beautiful property

I want to relocate to the Tamarac area I drove by these apartments and took a chance and stopped in. I was greeted by two ladies in the office who were both very helpful, welcoming and professional. I especially love the pool and lake areas. It’s so serene. I will be back when I’m ready to move!
