Early check-in is available for $25 at 2PM or $50 at 12PM, subject to approval. Late check-out is available for $25 at 12PM, subject to approval.

The area gets lively on weekends with bars and music, adding to Ybor’s unique vibe! Music can be heard lightly from the street inside the apartment, even as late as 2AM, and vibrations can be felt. Pet Rules: Pet weight limit: 35 lbs. No Pitbulls. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment. Unregistered pet fee: $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed. Violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew: 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violation: First: Complimentary warning. Second: $100 fine. Third: Immediate eviction with no refund. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly. Only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. Must load and start dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware. Please dump food waste in the garbage—not in the sink disposal. Place all trash in trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels. Surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment).
