This is a residential building, and staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly and only approach building staff or security in case of an emergency. The area gets lively on weekends with bars and music, adding to Ybor’s unique vibe, and on some days music can be heard from the street inside the apartment lightly, even as late as 2AM. Noise is limited during the day, however vibrations can be felt. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed, and violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violation are a complimentary warning for the first violation, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation is allowed. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. Pet weight limit is 35 lbs, no Pitbulls are allowed, all pets must be housetrained, and pets must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. You are required to have a smartphone for the entire trip, as the locks for the building work through a smartphone application. Must load and start dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware, dump food waste in the garbage—not in the sink disposal, and place all trash in trash can or dispose in the trash shoot.
