Pets must weigh less than 35 lbs, cannot be pitbulls, must be housetrained, and must not be left alone in the apartment. There is a $100 fee per pet for unregistered pets. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Parties are not allowed, and violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund.
