This 1920s bungalow comes with quirks and charm, and there is a staircase to enter and exit the home, which may affect those with special accessibility needs. The home is on a large lot with three additional homes, and the washer/dryer is located outside on the back porch of the main house, shared with other units. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 8am, and there is a no-smoking policy inside the home, with a $500 fee for air remediation if violated.
