Bristol Bay

This has been a home for my family and I for about a couple years now. Things such as rent, has changed without one knowing. There has been bad communication with management. Some are under qualified given the circumstances now in Covid-19. They placed " we are a smoke free community " signs all over the apartment complex. That's definitely another lie. There is a security officer but tell me if they do anything? We have their number to use but when needed to use, they are not at our disposal.... The trash... don't even get me started. This is not a Bristol Bay thing. But they should fine or add more restrictions, people see that someone doesn't put the trash in the trash chute and it piles up. There is a handicapped garbage can yet everyone suddenly becomes handicapped and uses it. The place looks so dirty it is sad to see me come home to such atrocity. Read More

My AC Unit has went out in three months and this is the second time. The first time my AC went out it took them two days to fix it and they put in a brand new unit. Now it’s out again I pay too much rent to be having the same problem.
