A nightmare in a pretty package

The office staff here is absolutely disgraceful and disrespectful to residents.
The corporate office doesn't follow up with residents about abuse of tenants complaints.
My neighbors home is INFESTED with roaches. The post control company just feeds them.

Live here if you like being treated nasty and talked down to by MANAGEMENT.

Also, they barge in your home CONSTANTLY.

Terrible apartment, my shower has been leaking for over a year now and no matter how many times i call or go to the office nothing gets done. Also have the world's loudest upstairs neighbors and when i mentioned it to the office they told me to deal with it myself.

Clipper bay

I've stayed here for almost 8 years, and personally I am happy with the apartment, and believe the best service is provided. Clipper bay really cares about their tenants. The only thing that upsets me is the rent going up every now and then. Not everybody can afford extra expenses.

The worst apartments we have ever lived in

full of roaches
the ac constantly goes out
the management staff is rude
the walls are paper thin
neighbors are loud
and the list goes on and on..

Did not even want to take me for a tour. VERY rude office staff! walked up with her son and locked the door behind her.
