No. No. No.
While the space is awesome, the company is horrible. It says they don't allow pets but every person there has an animal. They only kick out certain people. They don't keep up with cleaning. Their office hours are all over the place. The manager is not in half the time. They say they do maintenance checks but they never leave a note saying they were there and if things are they don't get fixed unless you have bugged them a thousand times about it. They have really small parking spaces and unless... you are in building one, parking fills up quick.

This apartment community is the best!
I was helping a friend find a place to live and came across Clipper Cove. This place is beautiful! Loads of room, great kitchens and bathrooms, quiet and very well maintained. My friend moved in and still loves it and as a result, when my current lease expires, I plan on moving there as well. Of all the places I looked at (and there were a lot) Clipper Cove was miles away the best all around. Especially for the money, you can't beat the location and size. I highly recommend this complex.
