The washing machines
Let me tell you that they switched the washer and dryers from old, dirty and broken for ones that are even worse.
When I looked at them they looked incredibly dirty and old, I said what the hell and figured I’ll put my clothes in to wash anyway. When I opened one of them it smelled like mold!!! it was soo dirty and it charges you 7 quarters. Really they want us to pay for something this nasty? This hits a new low. It’s a nice area, this apartment has a lot of potential but it sucks. I would be... willing to pay extra quarters for new washer and dryers but not 7 for this disgusting machines.

Great Value, excellent location
This is the best value apartment in the Westshore area. Units are large, include water sewer trash with the rent. Management is very responsive to any maintenance concerns. Units look great at a much more affordable price than the competition.

Constant break ins
Alot of property is stolen from this location. My old neighbors constantly arguing, paper thin walls, horrible plumbing not to mention all the pets running around lose. DO NOT RECOMMEND
