Havana Square is in a great location at Hyde Park and the staff is very friendly and helpful. All of the spaces are clean and well-maintained.

My time here at Havana Square has been overall pretty good and I am happy. I do feel like the property could be left cleaner though, the hallway floors are very dirty and trash is left around the property a lot.

Absolutely love it here so much. Not one complaint. Beautiful complex, great managers, amazing views. Also love that the whole apartment is hardwood floors!

Love our community director! He is very proactive when you come to him with something. We had a recent hallway floor paint job and they have been kept pretty clean ever since. The garage floors are filthy - at least on 3rd floor, and need to be power washed again. I've been here 8 years, so it must be a pretty good place to live!
