Great place to live!

I've had such a good experience with Legend Oaks. I love the complex, it's quiet, clean, and very well maintained. The property staff are so helpful and kind and really make you teel like it's a priority to them that you're well taken care of.
My unit is pertect. It's exactly what I hoped for after touring the model floor plan. It's spacious and really nice, especially for how affordable it is compared to so many Tampa apartments. Theres a ton of storage/ closet space, great wood flooring, and… my unit has brand-new, clean appliances.
The neighbors in my building have also been quiet and friendly, which was important to me.
I'm so happy I chose Legend Oaks. Everything has been exactly what I hoped it would be! Kayla has been wondertul throughout the move-in process and with now me being a resident. Rafael, the assistant manager, has also been great when I've needed assistance. Everyone I've interacted with has been professional, responsive, and genuinely kind.
The maintenance team deserves a shoutout too.
When I've submitted work orders they've been handled the same day (thank you Nelson!).
If you're considering moving here, I definitely recommend it. I love Legend Oaks, you won't regret it!!:)

Terrible

Do not live here. Horrible place to live. They advertise so much of what they do not offer. The laundry rooms don’t even work half of the time.

Terrible

Out of every place I have lived in my life I can say this was by far the worst. The maintenance is terrible. I had to call multiple times about the same issues. Maintenance said it was fixed and they had done absolutely nothing. All I’ve ever seen them do is sit in their golfcarts chatting near the office. The office staff changes so often. I can say in the 4 months I’ve been here they’ve replaced every staff member they have. Oh and the “24 hour maintenance” is a complete joke. They say “just… wait for the office to open tomorrow so we can handle the issue.
