A/C in the units constantly go out

My A/C goes out once a week and property management never actually fixes it.

PEOPLE CAN OPEN YOUR FRONT DOOR AT WILL

This is not excellent because it allows people to enter your residence and violate your security and steal you phone and access to your funds.

Excellent

The location is in the center of SoHo. The conveniences are in walking distance to everything. The grocery store is next door. Starbucks, Panera and more walking distances. Great movie theater and next to Hyde Park area. Ride your bike and more.
