It was great, staff was super kind with the move in process and the apartment was very clean. Very transparent with the cost and amenities provided!

We have generally enjoyed living here; its clean, well-kept, and only a little over priced in our opinion. However community communication needs to be improved. We have raffles and giveaways that we never hear back about - we just assume we didnt win? Also, the front office staff has improved over the past few months, but they still generally act like we are bothering them when we need something or have questions which can be uncomfortable.

I have lived here four years and I have loved it! It's truly been a great place to live. The apartment itself is very spacious, and the amenities are great. I love the free weekly yoga by the pool!

After almost two years in my apartment, I can confidently say it has been a comfortable and convenient place to live. The building has been well-maintained, and any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been handled quickly and professionally.

The location continues to be a major highlight—close to essential shops, public transport, and recreational areas. While the apartment itself has held up well, there are minor things that could be improved, like slightly dated appliances and... occasional noise from the street.

The pool and gym are the best part. Great community involvement, great communication from leasing office, excellent maintenance team and enjoy food trucks. Hallways/stairs could be cleaner. They are always dirty and smell.
