Poor Amenities and Hidden fees
Olympus Harbor Island appears luxurious, but the reality is disappointing. The pool, a major selling point, is frequently closed due to maintenance issues, and despite claims of being heated, it hasn’t been in 2024 or 2025. The hot tub is often broken and poorly maintained and filthy. While the property looks appealing, management neglects essential upkeep.
The recent switch to Fetch for package delivery has exacerbated frustrations. Fetch has an F rating from the Better Business Bureau, with... over 200 complaints filed in a single year, citing issues like lost packages, delays, and unresponsive customer service. Residents are now burdened with a service that they charge residence additional fees for and fails to meet basic expectations, turning a once-promising living experience into a source of constant aggravation.
