You are crazy to lease here

The location is perfect, settled between a few schools and restaurants running close to the highway. That is all. Their pool is constantly in repair, whenever repair people visit they ensure they need to be in the way and disturb people who are trying to leave their homes constantly. Roaches love to make their homes in your kitchen and bathroom, even had one surprise me after some spring cleaning. Every single appliance is bound to fail. Our fridge currently suddenly stop being cool since the… roof crew started, our ice has melted to a deep pool, our meat is going bad, and our fruit is softening. That is over 200-300 in our fridge but lately as we've been trying to get someone to solve it, nobody has answered or sent anyone for 3 days straight. Its honestly upsetting, we've been here since I started Wharton High to when I became a teacher. The rent went up but my expectations are running severely low. Oh and don't forget the neighborhood kids that feel the need to race through the halls and stomp on the ceiling. That is all, do not recommend. Especially not in this economy.

DO NOT LEASE

Maintenance and Property Management have completely given up. Appliances have gone without repair for months and weeks with no communication at all. Terrible place to live

Buyer Beware

This apartment complex is for you if you don’t mind waiting weeks for your appliances to get fixed when broken. If you don’t mind walls so thin that your neighbor sounds like they are right in room with you. If you don’t mind your car getting broken into once a month and poor customer service overall from the staff. Moving out soon.

Stay away!

Terrible apartment complex and staff. They will not inform you properly then screw you over not worried about you one bit. Would save the money and not even apply. Horrible staff and horrible experience.

Super Convenient

I have lived in this apartment complex for over 2 years and it has been very comfortable and conveniently located. The management is friendly and responsive. The location is super convenient to conveniences like gas station, mc donalds , cvs , publix and pizza hut are right across the street and walkable. There is preschool La Petite that is across the street from the gate next to tennis court. Turner Bartels school bus makes a stop right at the gate. Great layout and conveniences like swimming… pool, tennis court and gym. Staying feels like a vacation .
