If you like to live with rats and roaches then move on in they got plenty. Maintenance staff doesn't like to be bothered either which isn't good because nothing ever works around here. I don't know why the rents so high because there isn't a single amenity. The laundry room is a joke the machines don't work and when it eats your money management doesn't do anything. Ohhh but there is the beautiful pool that's full of stagnant green mosquito infested water! If ya like bacteria come have a swim... here! Office staff likes to make up fees to they are horrible with this. There has been 6 office managers in the 2 years that I have been here and not a one of them knows what they are doing. They charge you for late fees when u have a credit on ur account. Yea how are they getting away with this I have no idea. they should pay us to have to live in the conditions that we live in this is ridiculous!!! if you move in make sure u have ur rat cages ready and raid bottle handy u r gonna need it for sure!
