the worst

nice price. That's the only thing going for it. plumbing problems, Not the greatest neighbors. there are better places. I recommed looking around

Trashy. Literally.

No recycling is offered. Garbage everywhere. The pool has been closed for 2+ years. Dozens of cats lurk around because the residents feed them. No dog waste stations. Entrance/exit gates are broken so anyone can drive right in. Buildings are infested with termites and cockroaches.

Not good place to buy

The pool is shut down for years.The fence along 127th street is 80% rotten and falling down. To much junk behind the units. Very hard to get anything repaired.Very slow response when talking to the property management.Gates do not close and one has been closed or year.
