St. James Crossing

It is a safe apartment complex in a good area. For that I give it 2 stars. However, staff has been unprofessional from the beginning. My apartment smelled like marijuana for months due to neighbors smoking. A letter was sent out and then nothing was done about it. Maintenance requests take forever to get fixed and are not properly taken care of so it becomes a reoccurring issue. I often did not have hot water and had a reoccurring leak they just put plaster over. When moving out I knew I could... not trust staff so I took videos and pictures of everything. To end it off they withheld part of my deposit. Granted it was a smaller fee, but should had never been taken out to begin with. I disputed it professionally and the manner in which you should in Florida and they have yet to respond. They will not answer emails, calls, or texts. It is amazing how unprofessional they are being and I'm pretty sure they did not handle it correctly on a legal front so they owe me the money back by default. Very quiet and a very clean community. And the people who work in the office are very good. I really like the condominium, I recommend it to anyone??

Love it here! The pool is always clean. Maintenance always is super responsive. Everyone is super nice. I save money on the gym. And the office staff is awesome

The apartments are quiet and conveniently located. The grounds are well kept. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the laundry facility. It can get messy and often machines are out of order.

A great place to call home. Peaceful, well maintained, great amenities (the pool is awesome) and even better staff! Keep up the good work.
