Nice , quiet , clean pretty up to date but nothing gets done for the community (people that live here). No real perks at least the last owners actually had bbqs ice cream partys food trucks etc ..

Apartment is nice and location is ideal. Only issue is not having someone working in the office regularly. I enjoy living on the property. Oh I also wish they had a gym but I did know this when I moved in I just didn’t realize the importance of a gym on site until already living here.

We liked very much the attention received, the apartment was not delivered in very good condition, clean and with some new things inside the apartment.

The maintenance staff is very friendly, the residential area is very quiet and peaceful.
