NEW MANAGMENT- HIGHER RENT - STILL CRAP

The property is beautiful but not safe. Cars have been broken into, tires have been slashed, I feel like the cops or fire department are here often. Non residents are seen walking the property fairly often. Homeless people have taken shelter in the fitness / lounge area and are sleeping on the cabanas at the pool.

NOT animal friendly. Neighbors complain about the most mundane things, like children playing outside with and without their pets.
Neighbors have called animal control on leashed...
dogs and puppies and threatened to call CPS for kids whose parents aren't directly present but within eyesight.

Pest control is an issue. Ants, MOSQUITOS, millipedes, silverfish, roaches, rats, opossum's.

Lots of "Nosy" neighbors, most are 420 friendly for a "non" smoking community. You can smell it through the buildings and smoke gets into other apartments through the air vents. No one seems to do anything about that but don't get caught smoking tobacco products (Cigars/Cigarettes) anywhere on the property or said neighbors will report you..... it's a shame really.

The amenities that we pay for are a joke:

24 Hour Availability- I don't know what that means

Pet Care- is 1 hose and a dog washing station that is constantly flooding the "picnic and grill" area. It's not enclosed so NEIGHBORS will COMPLAIN if your pet is there and not on a leash. WILL ALSO COMPLAIN if your dog is sitting and well behaved but the leash is not in hand.

Lounge- is in the fitness room, it consists of a small sitting area, no working TV, no games, etc. (get a pool table or darts/ something/ anything... )

Vintage Building- LOVE IT.

Fitness Center- You can fit maybe 3 people working out comfortably. Outdated equipment that RARELY works.1 stair climber, 1. treadmill,1 resistance body machine, and a fitness mat.

Pool- Pool is nice and usually well maintained BUT there are people who don't live here using it OFTEN.

Cabana- 2 cabanas that have been there over four years with the stains to prove it 1 cabana has no cover.

Grill- attempted to grill MANY times but more often than not propane is not available.

Picnic Area- LOVE IT. Has a fire pit (also needing propane) and a hammock. Usually pretty quiet, neighbors use it often. Can sometimes get a little noisy but it's never really bad and if you ask people to be quiet they will.

Laundry on site-
only has 6 washers and dryers and most are out of order consistently $2.00 per load no full refunds when not working. (Go check for yourself).
