The Links at Pebble Creek Apartments

I have seen a not so good shift when it comes to the apartments after Bethany left. I didn’t have much interaction with her, but I would see her walking around the community & if there were things that were not right an email would go out reminding the residence to keep the community clean. I always see dog poop on my walks with my dog. The sidewalks are always filled with debris. I can’t remember the last time we had our apartment pressure washed. The trees are always overgrowing. these were... things that were always taken care of prior to the new managers. I also NEVER used to see roaches outside now I see them on the side walks during walks with my dog. And unfortunately, I can’t even utilize the dog park because there’s always poop in the yard. I drive my dog every single day to the school down the road to play in the open field because no one keeps track of a dog park to make sure it’s clean. I've really enjoyed living here. The staff is friendly and responsive, maintenance requests get handled quickly, and the grounds are always clean and well kept. The location is convenient for everyday errands, and overall it's been a comfortable, hassle-free place to call home.

The property is attractive, clean, and generally well maintained. However, my experience as a resident included several issues that prospective tenants should be aware of.

The first issue involved the lease termination terms. When I signed my lease, I was offered a move-in special that included one month of free rent. However, no one explained that if I decided to terminate the lease early, I would be required to repay that free month's rent in addition to the standard lease-break fees. When I... provided notice that I would be moving out, the Property Manager informed me that I would be responsible for paying two months' rent, as required by the lease, plus reimbursement of the free month that had been offered at move-in.

When I explained that this requirement had never been disclosed to me, he acknowledged that it was a newer policy and suggested that it may not have been clearly explained at the time I signed the lease. I asked whether he could discuss the situation with the property owners and request a reduction of at least part of the additional charge. A few days later, he informed me that he had spoken with the owners, but they declined to make any adjustment.

The second issue involved access to my garage. On numerous occasions, a truck with an attached trailer was parked in a manner that blocked access, making it impossible for me to park my vehicle inside my garage. After I raised the issue with maintenance staff, the truck was moved to a different location. Unfortunately, a large dumpster was then placed directly in front of my garage and remained there for several weeks, again preventing me from using the garage as intended.

One final observation: if you need assistance from the office, I would not recommend stopping by on Fridays. In my experience, the office often closed early or was not open during posted business hours. Read More

My experience with The Links at Pebble Creek has been amazing!

It’s been a dream living in this beautiful, quiet, and pleasant community.
The complex has it all; from the manicured landscaping and immaculate amenities to spacious apartment homes, I couldn’t have asked for more.

The management, maintenance and landscaping teams are awesome.
They take a great deal of pride in a job well done and it shows.

Overall it’s a 10/10, no notes.

Everything from not having to deal with AI on the phone all the way up to move-in was absolutely wonderful. Truly, a hidden gem in the city full of apartment complexes. Staff was super friendly, maintenance is on point, the landscaping is incredible, and the whole place is very well up kept!
