The Villas at Westchase

We lived here for 2 years. The grounds are not kept clean at all. There’s garbage everywhere, nobody picks up after their dogs, and the pools (especially the small one) are always either closed for maintenance or are dirty. The pond that they have has trash floating in it and all along the shore you can find trash.

In terms of inside the apartment-it was fine. The appliances worked fine and there was AC/heat. The paint job is awful-the paint was peeling off of all the doors and railings.

The... neighborhood overall is overrun with loud kids at all hours of the night. They let the kids play on the gym machinery, scream in the streets all night, and throw pool furniture into the pool.

Avana is a great place to live. The community has a wonderful feel to it and the residents and staff are friendly and kind. Everyone should make sure to check it out before renting an apartment or townhouse.

3yrs and counting living here has been great. The community is nice, the management and maintenance teams are top notch. The schools are great, golf courses in any direction. If you’re into walking the shopping center is literally down the road which has a Publix, restaurants, medical, dental, nails, hair the list goes on basically if you choose to make Avana Westchase your home you won’t be disappointed.

Avana Westchase has improved with keeping the community clean and cracking down on residents who are not following rules especially pet owners.
