Washington Square Condos

This I a terrible place to live paying water bill for a pool I don’t even swim. The poops all outside… my rent constantly keeps going up.

I am a tenant who currently lives here and has been here for 2 years and nothing has gotten done in here. The oweners play games when it comes time to repair something but are quick to take your money and try to keep your deposit. My ceiling has been leaking since day 1 and no 1 has fixed it yet my toilet rocks like a rocking chair and theres trash everywhere outside due to an overflowing dumpster and no maintenance men. A lot of things in these apartments arent up to code and there not trying... to let code enforcement find out until the problem is out of hand and you have to call them. The owners are compulsive liers when it comes to ownership of property and show favoritism to people of their own race by charging other tenants differant rates than others because of race. That makes me think there charing me more to cover the rates of others and if so thats not right or fair. The picture on the front page of Washington square is a lie thats false advertisement if you dont believe me come see for yourself and ask around majority tenants will tell you all the apts have major issues that need to be dealt with before anyone else decides to move in. They have a several apt named oak villa that they make sure is up to date and nicer than these at washington square and rain tree and the one's sit on bush and 30th behind burger king bc its closer to busch garden's which are worth more money than these but still have issues over there too. I rate these apts a 4 bc of lack of maintenance and ownership by owners so before you consider Washington square as somewhere you'd like to start or raise a family or even jus consider your residence plz plz plz do your reasearch dont want anyone else to end up betrayed and hurt because they feel they've been taken advantage of.
