Not so much

If you decide to move here, be prepared to make your own repairs and have your rent raised every year without repairs. I put in a request for air conditioner service and got an appointment on my work day with a 5 hour window. Wouldn't you know the 30 mins I took to pick up my meds they decided to come by. When I left a message to reschedule I received no reply to reschedule. Apparently since I gave notice to move out they decided it wasn't worth fixing my ac...1 month without air conditioning ... in florida?! And to top it off this once family friendly community is now over run by criminals and drug addicts. Do not recommend to any respectable families.
