The Village at Valencia

The old property manager just left and good riddance. I have been trying to leave a review for 6 months and every time I posted, she had it taken down. She left 2 days ago and now all of a sudden, my review is going through. And new management left me a snotty, condescending response. So it would seem like nothing has changed. This complex keeps letting drug dealers move I?n and making this place unsafe for everyone else who lives here quietly. They also refuse to do anything about I?t. There is also not enough parking spots, random cars are always parked I?n whatever little parking they have so that people who pay to live here have to park far away from their own homes.

Just filled out an App for this place. I was very pleased with the apartment I looked at. Brand new appliances! New floors! Janet was very friendly and was a tremendous help as we were at our wits traveling with 2 kitties from Kentucky! Other places didn't have friendly staff, they didn't allow cats or the inside was horrendous! We also ran into a few of the maintenance men on site and they were also very very kind! Thanks

the pictures need to be upgraded because the facility does not look like the pictures like the pool isn't sparkling like they say it is also it was built in the early 1960s time frame so it is an older looking apartment but you get what you pay for so that's good in the management seems to be friendly so it was overall okay visit good luck hunting
