Disappointing Experience I have been extremely disappointed with my experience living at Integra Heritage. From the time we moved in, there have been ongoing issues that have made this feel far from the clean, family-friendly community that was advertised.
Before moving in, we specifically requested that the apartment be repainted. Instead of properly repainting the unit, management only did touch-up work, which was not what was promised and left us dissatisfied from the start.
The cleanliness… of the property has been a constant problem. There are frequently cobwebs throughout stairwells, hallways, and exterior entryways. We’ve also repeatedly encountered dog urine and dog waste in common areas, including hallways and elevators. These conditions are unacceptable and create an unpleasant living environment for residents.
Another major issue has been ongoing disturbances involving a downstairs neighbor. We have a young child, and despite our best efforts to be respectful, our neighbor repeatedly bangs on the ceiling when our toddler is simply walking around the apartment. Normal everyday living noise should be expected in an apartment community, especially from families with small children. The situation has created unnecessary stress and has made us feel uncomfortable in our own home.What has been most frustrating is the lack of effective response from management. We have reported concerns, sent emails, and provided photos documenting the issues, yet we have not seen meaningful action or lasting solutions. Residents should not have to repeatedly follow up on basic cleanliness, maintenance, and quality-of-life concerns.
For the amount residents pay in rent, we expected a well-maintained property, responsive management, and a comfortable living experience. Unfortunately, our experience has been the opposite. Staff The staff that have currently dealt with is wonderful, especially Sofia.

Trash Trash pickup in consistency. I’ve have had trash bags outside my door for 3 to 4 days without pickup, stinking up the hallway. It would be nice if there was a dumpster on site to throw away trash and cardboard. Also, the butterfly app to get in and out of the building doesn’t always work right away, leaving me locked out of the apartment I pay for. Wouldn’t be a huge deal if they still provided a key fob. But I’m not paying $150 for a key they used to provide for free upon lease signing.… Maintenance does a good job, generally pretty quick and fix issues first time. Read More

Love it here Really enjoy it here. Very peaceful and quiet. Staff members are very nice.
