Very Unprofessional

The people they hire are inexperienced and it only shows they want profets over qualtity of service.

Current Tenant

I've lived here for about 4 years now. The only nice thing I can say about this apartment is the size.
The folks in the office is rude especially Polly. The rest of them just lie. The maintenance guy (the younger one) thinks he owns the place and is the rudest of them all.
There have been multiple car break ins in the last year and as recent as a week ago sometimes over 20 cars per night.
The playground is filled with young thugs smoking weed.
The apartments are poorly built, you can hear… everything that goes on above you.
DId I mention how rude Polly was?
If you can afford something better, i suggest you do

Past Tenant

Polly is nice the front office staff are very rude, the complex is dirty, tenants smoke dope, spit and throw trash are on the stairs, no night lights are in parking lot. Cars are broken into often and make sure when you leave take pictures of the inside because they will cut your deposit down with outrages charges not a good place for growing up kids.

they are very bad but they have nice prices but manners are horrible one can not speak good English and is always giving wrong information and argues with w\you if you tell owner she gave you wrong info she also favors maintenance who stays there
