Best Landlord ever
We have been priviledged to live in an codo for over 7 years. With a great group of neighbors. We live close to most all great eating establishments. Living on a lake with a great view. South Flordia is a wonderful location with great weather year around. We live within 5 minutes of mast all Social living, with Malls and entertainment. Our gated community, is very loving towards pets. Our pool, tennis courts along with a great Gym. Our community is a very quite and well respected by all... those living at The Sterling, of West Palm Beach, Florida..

Small and cozy
Location's great. Been here for more han 5 years. Close to everything (interstate, downtown and shopping malls) and it's a quiet neighbourhood all in all. Nice lake view and gated community. There is indoor racquetball court, outdoor tennis, nice pool and jacuzzi. The street is very friendly - lots of bikers and joggers in the morning. Great views and very green.
