Excellent Community!

Living at Vine on Clematis has been an amazing experience! The building is beautiful, modern, and always kept spotless. The amenities are fantastic, and the location is unbeatable- everything downtown West Palm Beach is just a short walk away.

The management team truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home. They're friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the community. The maintenance team is also outstanding, handling requests quickly and professionally.

Love Vine!

The property manager, Gisselle, is absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful. She truly cares about the building and its residents, and it shows in everything she does. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly.
A special thank you to Julian in maintenance and Francisca, who works tirelessly to keep the property clean and beautiful. Their hard work and attention to detail are evident every day.
For a building that's only a year old, it still looks brand new thanks to the... dedication of this amazing team. I highly recommend Vine on Clematis to anyone looking for a well-maintained community with a staff that genuinely cares.
