The apartment itself has paint dumped on most of the base boards. Patio and breezeway are deplorable. Things are not fixed but rigged to make look good.

Moving
Muchas Gracias a Courtney(Mng), Flo, Angie por hacer posible mi transferencia de apt y finalmente tener uno con balcón después de haber sido rechazada dos veces por la gerencia anterior este equipo con ganas de trabajar y ayudar a sus residentes a demostrado que es más fácil aún el proceso de mudar les agradezco mucho la ayuda y profesionalidad que me han demostrado y confío que harán de Vista Lago un mejor lugar para vivir Graciasssss

Unethical Billing practices
Renter Beware.... They will send you a notice to tell you that you owe "x" amount. You pay "x" amount and the day before its due. 6 days later you'll get a notice on your door saying your rent is due, and they then charge you a late fee. They take no accountability for the error and offer you to waive 50% of the fee vs acknowledging their own error by sending an inaccurate rental invoice to be paid. I'm still living here for at least the month so I'll be sure to keep a close eye regarding their... unethical monthly billing practices. I'll be sure to post an additional review regarding how they handle the move out.

Hello Johnny, I have responded to your other two reviews and have not heard from you. Thank you again for bringing your concerns to our attention. We follow the terms in the lease contract signed when assessing charges. After you left I requested a... copy of your bill to better understand what went wrong. We did notice that the rent itemize line states "Rent - July - Contact Property for Lease Charges." The resident portal is also available to you 24/7 for your detail review of the charges assessed on the 1st of the month as stated on your lease. We are disappointed to hear that you are still not satisfied with our response.

Gone to the dogs!!
Everywhere you go there's dog poop. Going to check the mail? Watch for the dog poop. Heading to your car? Watch for the dog poop! Going for a run and wondering what that smell is? You guessed it.... dog poop! If you don't mind the dog poop, it is an okay place to live.
