It’s close to beaches, fine dining, and the interstate. I really enjoyed touring the property in Ernesto the leasing consultant with RAM rental asset management is top-notch. Besides, the elevator has been repaired on site which really helps with access to the building.

There’s a pool that can’t be used for months . Maintenance is the worse

Ram does nothing to maintain the building. Firemarshall has had to step in with fines. Avoid at all costs.

They do not clean the grounds or take care of exterior maintenance. Exterior railings are falling apart, one of the exterior stairwell doors even has a gun shot in it… They take forever to handle a work order or they just close it out and ignore it. Don’t bother calling the office, no one answers. Roaches. Keys that don’t work. Elevator is out every other day. They’ve been doing major projects on the building and don’t notify you. There is zero communication whatsoever regarding anything... happening in the building. The renovation work starts as early as 7am and there is a complete lack of respect for the tenants living there, there is constant yelling and conversing right outside your window from the contractors when you are trying to sleep. Contractors smoke on property and throw the butts in the elevator (when it actually even works), and they throw their garbage on the ground. They block you in when you try to leave the parking lot even though they could have easily parked in an any empty spot. Now from tarring the roof there is black tar debris EVERYWHERE getting stuck to our shoes and being tracked into our clean apartment. It is obvious this management performs zero oversight. The windows are old so all sound comes right in your room. Our electric bill is 3x higher than our friends with similar or larger units elsewhere because our AC is ancient and the windows are bad. They did an upgrade to our unit but it was done very poorly with uneven flooring, paint in places it doesn’t belong, trimming missing, roach infestation, sink fixtures leaking… we just keep hoping it will get better, but it just gets worse and worse.
