Lived there for 2 years. It was the first apartment I checked in that complex, and I knew it was for me. The manager was helpful, friendly, and very accommodating when I moved in, and also when I moved out. They had to fix the AC and replace the washing machine when I moved in. The apartment was otherwise renovated and beautiful. I loved the proximity of the shopping area, and also how easy it was to order and have food delivered. Roach infestation - was handled but was absolutely disgusting, 1000's of roaches behind a brand new stove in an apt (that they said they cleaned prior to move in) - roaches come up through garbage disposal - as the disposals are never maintained
Garbage overflowing onto the road that you have to drive around it - keep getting excuses from the the office that corporate wont do anything. Only one dumpster for 250 units.
Filthy carpeting that they refuse to replace that is ages from prior people... living in the apartment
Noisy people from other places come to use the club house grills, they take up all the grills bring in 40+ people and take up the entire pool area, children jumping in the pool screaming throwing balls and splashing and hitting people - complaints go into the office and alll they say is that they will look at the cameras and take away the people rights to the pool -
We pay extra for security car and all they do is a fast drive by the pool area at 3a in the morning.
People on drugs have been found in the clubhouse pool area on Sun morning when I bring my kids sleeping
People walk off the street just to use the bathroom
NO SECURITY AT ALL and noboday on duty running the complex on sundays - not even security
They increased the rent by over $200 and then instead of fixing the items that we have consistent problems with they want to put in smart homes

I have enjoyed it here for four years. It is a relatively quiet and safe neighborhood.

We downsized .so this Iis our first rental We couldn't be more pleased . Management goes above and beyond to give the complex a private home feeling.
